Capacity building is considered to be vast and complex entities largely relates the nature of the set objectives sought that affects changes across plethora of domains It is thus scoped to integrate several components jointly execute to upgrade the capacity of individual organizations and their human resource or at individual level to optimize the technical know-how or their efficiency to support of one or more organisations. However different organization (WHO and UN) set the definition of the capacity building according to their own agenda.
Thus we set priorities for capacity building of individual, institutional and program level as follows:
- Application of GIS in Health sectors for Health and Public health professionals.
- Philanthropic Management for CSR Professionals (CSR head of the organization).
- Participatory Learning Qualitative Techniques for NGO Programme Managers.
- Upgrading skills for implementing Rehabilitation and Resettlement programs
- Human Resource development in an organization.
